Tamara Belinfanti is a Professor of Law at New York Law School, where she teaches contracts, business law, and yoga and the law. With over fifteen years of experience in corporate law practice and academia, she has written numerous articles and opinion pieces and is a recognized expert on corporate governance, shareholder engagement, and the proxy advisory industry.
Tamara is always honored to be recognized for her teaching and research, including professor of the year (2016), best corporate law article (2018), and being named an Aspen Ideas Fellow (2013).
